California-based Yarnboming artists Jill and Lorna Watt of Knits For Life (previously featured here) recently transformed a pair of unassuming benches near the San Francisco Ferry Building into adorably ferocious monsters, complete with six awesome orange feet. The irrepressibly inventive sisters created this delightful yarn installation for an upcoming episode of CCTV America’s new show Full Frame.

These benches are wearing sweaters.
#stop wasting resources to cover public property in yarn that’s going to get cut off and tossed as soon as it rains#start making sweaters and mittens and hats and socks socks socks for the homeless instead#stop making sweaters for benches and trees
EXACTLY. EVERY TIME I SEE SOMETHING LIKE THIS I’M LIKE ‘WOW IT’S SO CUTE, I’M SURE THERE’S NO WAY THIS YARN COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER USED….LIKE TO CLOTHE A HOMELESS PERSON….NO….YARNBOMBING!!!!!!!
I’m sure there’s no better use of your time than sitting on the computer complaining about what some other person is not doing that could be better for the homeless…Was this yarn donated to them? Was it purchased via some charitable donation? NO..they can do whatever they want with their own yarn. These people are artists. They do this for the sole reason of brightening people’s days. They do this out of their own pocket money and don’t get paid for it. They’re not banksy…they get full permission to do this. They do it just to get a smile, and if you can’t see the point in that…then there’s no helping you…congratulations on becoming the adults we all swore to never become, who told us to stop writing fanfiction because we’ll never become an aspiring writer, who told us to stop drawing in our notebooks because there’s no point in it…
**Do Not Repost Without My Permission**
OMG I just finished watching the season premire of Adventure Time and it makes me so sad!
In the end it all turned out fine, but dang I just can’t help but wonder about Finn. Yes he’s always a upbeat guy and always manages to pull himself up, but I can just imagine him right after when him and Jake get home and he’s by himself. When he’s away from everyone and all he has are his thoughts. I wonder how he feels
Probably empty, maybe even lost..
He feels empty inside.
But hen begins to awknowlege the little flower that was once his arm, and he smiles because flowers are beautiful and well the thought of a girly flower for a limb makes him laugh.
Then out of no where Jake tackles him along with other freinds,
and Finn realizes that he’s not alone
His family is right here next to him where they’ve always been
I really like my fionna hat <3
